Condition report: The work is in overall good original condition with vibrant fresh colors and done on heavy stock watercolor paper. br It is housed in an elegant frame under glass. The paper stock is glued to a board. br There is bubbling of the paper from the board. This is mostly visible with raking light when looking into the light source. br With frontal viewing, the bubbling is not visible. In the extreme edge of the paper in the upper right quadrant, the paper has folded back as a result of contact with the matt. br This is very minor and is only visible if paper shifts down from matt. br Housed under glass
