Work is shot outside of Sevilla, Spain. Black and white silhouetted man is a cutout from a 40's point of purchase display. Cardboard is glued to the back of the cutout to make it firm. A stick is taped to the back of the cardboard to allow it to stand upright on the asphalt. Look carefully and you will see three cast shadows. Two shadows for the legs and one shadow for the stick. The directional light and long shadows enhance the surreal effect of a lone figure on an endless road.
