520 mm (7 3/4 x 20 1/2 in), under glass, correction or amendment [?] by
artist to central figure's bodice, some surface dirt and browning,
framed, [circa 1921] Artist uses silver and metalic paint in certail
areas.

guests and, above all, Scaramouche and his troupe, like the dolls and
puppets in the illustrations for In Powder and Crinoline" [Colin White,
